Product Lead - WalkMe

Drove one of the most aggressive adoptions of WalkMe to improve Investment Centre experience for Quadrus Advisors. WalkMe supported functions saw an 86% reduction in errors and yielded the dealer and advisor a net operational benefit of over $600,000 since inception.
